Party Poker Bonus Guide
By: Rick Ellers

When playing online, you want to take advantage of the bonuses and promotions the site offers. A deposit bonus is an additional amount of money added to your account along with your deposit, offered by the site as an incentive for you to play there. Bonuses are a good way to experiment with a given site, see how you like it using some house money to help you determine if it is the site for you. Party Poker, the largest online poker site around, also offers some of the biggest and most popular bonuses.

Here's a quick guide to some of the bonuses you can take advantage of on Party Poker. Please keep in mind that while these codes are good as of this writing, it is possible for codes to expire.

The Tell-a-friend program:

Click the tell a friend menu on the top of the Party Poker screen. You will be directed to a form to fill out where you can input information about one or more friends you think would be interested in having an account on Party Poker. When they open their account and put in the bonus code TAF15, you?ll get a $50 bonus and your friend will get a $25 bonus.

Sign-up bonuses:

When you sign up for Party Poker, the code BONUSCASH will yield a 20 percent bonus on your first deposit, up to $100. Many websites with links to PartyPoker have their own individual sign-up codes that yield the same bonus, though they prefer you get to PartyPoker the first time through a link on their site.

The bonus code 25DB will get you an extra $25 on your first deposit.

Other bonuses:

The Party Poker bonus code BONUS4U will yield $25 on any deposit.

PLIST33 will get you a free entry into a Party Poker Million qualifying tournament.

These codes are subject to change so be sure to sigh up for the weekly Bonus Newsletter and FreeRoll Review from Best Winning Poker Tips.

You can also get Party Poker reload bonuses as a reward for continuous play on their site. These are often referred to as loyalty bonuses. These bonuses will appear from time to time in a pop-up window as you log on. Most of these bonuses will be a percentage (usually around 15 percent) of the amount you deposit. These, as most bonuses, tend to be restricted. A restricted bonus means that you have to play a predetermined amount of raked hands (usually around 150) before the bonus will be released into your account.

In addition to traditional bonuses, Party Poker also offers Party Points. You don't have to input any special codes to get these, simply play as a registered user on the site and these points will accumulate all by themselves. You can use these Party Points to enter certain tournaments, including qualifiers for big money tournaments, or exchange them for poker-related merchandise.

The important thing to remember is that bonuses and promotions are there for you to take advantage of. Sites want you to use them because they want your business, so go ahead and oblige them. Have fun and good luck.
